    YBU was designed for women in business who are ready to stop guessing and start growing. Whether you’re just starting (Freshman) or scaling to CEO (Senior), there’s a program built for your level.

    How do I know which offer is right for me?
    Each YBU tier meets you where you are.

    Freshman: You’ve got ideas but need direction.

    Sophomore: You’ve launched but lack structure.

    Junior: You’re working hard but burning out.

    Senior: You’re ready to scale and delegate.

  • What’s included in my Strategy Session?

    Each 1:1 Strategy Session includes a live Zoom call, a full audit, workbooks, and customized next steps. You’ll also get templates, tools, and action plans designed for your specific business level.

  • How long are the programs?

    1:1 Strategy Sessions: 60–90 minutes

    Strategy Academy: 10 weeks

    EmpowHer Academy: 8 weeks

    Empowerment Lab: 6-week Done-For-You service

  • Do I get recordings or resources after my session?

    Yes. Every YBU client receives a personalized recap, key deliverables, and a recording of your call so you can revisit your strategy anytime.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Payment plans are available for Strategy Academy and EmpowHer Academy only. These programs are designed for deeper transformation, and flexible payment options help make your investment manageable. Details appear at checkout when you enroll.

  • What’s your refund policy?

    Because of the nature of strategy and coaching services, all payments are non-refundable. You can, however, reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Can I reschedule my session?

    Yes, once per booking with at least 48 hours’ notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations forfeit the session.

  • How should I prepare for my session?

    Complete your pre-session questionnaire, gather your brand materials such as visuals, social links, and offers, and come ready to dive in. We start strong from the first minute.

  • What happens after my session?

    You will receive your deliverables within 24 hours. This includes your audit, personalized roadmap, and recommended tools. You will also receive direction on your next step inside the YBU ecosystem.

  • Will I get support after my session ends?

    Yes. Strategy Academy and EmpowHer Academy clients receive continued support through accountability pods and follow-up calls. Freshman through Senior clients can book follow-up sessions or upgrade to the next tier.

  • Is there a community or alumni network?

    Yes. Every YBU client joins our private community where you can network, learn, and grow with other powerful women building their brands.

  • Do I need business experience before joining?

    No. All you need is passion, commitment, and a willingness to learn. We meet you at your level and help you grow from there.
