1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, enrolling in a program, or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services and Offerings
Your Brand University provides coaching, consulting, and educational programs designed to help entrepreneurs build and grow their brands. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program or service at any time without prior notice.
3. Payment and Billing
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered for select programs. Only Strategy Academy and EmpowHer Academy provide payment plan options.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Failure to complete payment may result in loss of access to your program or materials.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final unless stated otherwise in your program agreement. Due to the nature of digital coaching and educational services, refunds are not provided once materials or sessions have been delivered.
Exceptions may be considered under special circumstances at the company’s discretion.
5. Scheduling and Cancellations
For 1:1 coaching sessions, clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed sessions or no-shows without notice will not be refunded.
Group program schedules are pre-set and cannot be rescheduled individually.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, videos, templates, and resources shared by Your Brand University are the intellectual property of Your Brand University, L.L.C. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission.
Your purchase grants you personal, non-transferable access to use the materials for your own business growth only.
7. Client Responsibility
Our programs provide tools, strategies, and guidance to help you grow your business. Your success depends on your effort, implementation, and consistency. We do not guarantee results or specific outcomes.
8. Confidentiality
We value your trust. Any personal or business information shared during coaching or consultation sessions will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Your Brand University, L.L.C. and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from your use of our website or services. You agree to use our content and advice at your own discretion and responsibility.
10. Third-Party Tools and Links
We may provide access to third-party tools or links that are not owned or controlled by Your Brand University. We are not responsible for the content or actions of those third parties.
11. Program Access and Duration
Program access, including digital materials and recordings, is granted for the time specified in each offer. Unauthorized sharing of materials or access links is strictly prohibited.
12. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of our services means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
